Raspberry and apple smoothie

Whip up a breakfast smoothie with raspberries, apples, yoghurt and oats. It’s a great way to start the day and up your fruit intake


  • 2 apples, cored (we used Granny Smith)
  • 150g frozen raspberries
  • 150ml natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp porridge oats
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 100ml milk


  1. Tip all ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker and blitz until smooth, adding 50ml water or milk if it’s too thick.
