Frozen berries are a thrifty way of creating a healthy smoothie – pad it out with oats to make it extra filling
Ingredients
- 450g bag frozen berry
- 450g pot fat-free strawberry yoghurt
- 100ml milk
- 25g porridge oat
- 2 tsp honey(optional)
Method
- Whizz the berries, yoghurt and milk together with a stick blender until smooth. Stir through the porridge oats, then pour into 4 glasses and serve with a drizzle of honey, if you like.
