Super berry smoothie

Frozen berries are a thrifty way of creating a healthy smoothie – pad it out with oats to make it extra filling


  • 450g bag frozen berry
  • 450g pot fat-free strawberry yoghurt
  • 100ml milk
  • 25g porridge oat
  • 2 tsp honey(optional)


  1. Whizz the berries, yoghurt and milk together with a stick blender until smooth. Stir through the porridge oats, then pour into 4 glasses and serve with a drizzle of honey, if you like.
