Probably one thing I’ve noticed after so many years in the health and wellness industry is that most people are running after trends instead of applying simple, timeless habits that actually work.

Today the hype is creatine — every podcaster, influencer, and “doctor” online seems to talk about it. But do you really need it if your diet already includes beef, fish, fruits, nuts, seeds, and veggies? If your goal is just to live a healthy lifestyle, not to compete in bodybuilding, what’s the point?

Before creatine, the trend was fasting — because apparently starving yourself could make you live 300 years longer than your mate. But let’s be honest: do we really need to live that long? And do we need to go hungry to be healthy if we already eat well, train three times a week, go to bed early, and do daily breathing exercises?

Then came keto — the miracle diet that supposedly heals everything for eternity. But what if I simply want to enjoy food from around the world and still feel great? What if I do endurance challenges every year and my body already performs at its best?

Let’s talk about real habits instead of hype.

If you know that hydration isn’t just water but a balance between potassium, sodium, calcium, and magnesium — and you start your day with a small supplement plus fruit and veggies, maybe adding a pinch of salt to your 2L bottle — you’re already miles ahead of any trend.

If you stop eating at 7 p.m., and when you’re hungry you grab some fruit — and you sleep deeply, wake up refreshed, and recover fast — do you really need another diet trend?

If you avoid drinking liquids during meals to let your body digest food properly — and your digestion is so good that even your stool says “thank you” — do you need a new wellness fad?

Sometimes the best things are the most boring.

That’s what we try to remind people at Eat’s Healthy — through our blog, our products, and every vegan cake we create. Real health doesn’t come from the next big trend. It comes from consistency, balance, and simple habits that make you feel great every single day.

Because sometimes, common sense is the healthiest thing you can follow.
