From Endurance to Purpose
For years, I’ve taken on extreme endurance challenges not to prove toughness, but to raise money for people living with cancer.
It started with long-distance cycling — from London to Paris, then London to Bucharest. Later came ultra-style runs, including London to Amsterdam. Each challenge demanded months of preparation, discipline, and mental resilience. Each one was a reminder that movement, when given meaning, becomes something far more powerful than fitness.
After three years away from big charity challenges, I decided it was time again.
This year, the mission is London to Le Mans — on foot.
Training, Strava, and an Unexpected Idea
Like most endurance athletes, I log my training using Strava. During one of the longer training blocks, I noticed the option to create a group.
That’s when the idea clicked.
If movement can raise money, build discipline, and improve health — why not let it reward people too?
That thought became the bridge between endurance sport and Eat’s Healthy.
Turning Movement Into Rewards
Eat’s Healthy has always stood for more than food. It’s about habits, consistency, and long-term health — the same principles that make endurance challenges possible.
